POS Pack is a point of sale distribution solutions provider. We specialize in storage, packaging and freight of IT Equipment, point of sale material, prizes, promotional giveaways and all related stationery products.

Our clients particularly include printers, advertising enterprises, banks, outlet franchises, car rentals, Fast Food Franchises and IT Manufacturers ranging in size from large corporate to small outlets and SME’s.

We store, collate, Pack and Freight items from our Warehouse. As packaging specialists we apply best modern methods for appropriate, effective packaging.

Our reliable service, on time deliveries, hands on service and commitment to client satisfaction have earned us a loyal and growing countrywide client base.

POS Pack is a BEE compliant enterprise. We support several social transformation programs and boast a Level One BEE rating.

POS Pack is a Close Corporation established in 1993. Mohamed Essa is the MD and has experience in the advertising, packaging, distribution and freight industry exceeding 20 years.

Our Premises

POS Pack cc owns two warehouses that are approximately 1600 SQ. M. Our warehouses are fully equipped for storage and packing (shelving, packing equipment, forklifts, shrink wrap machines, strapping machines etc.). Both of the POS Pack Warehouses are fully secured with alarm systems and electric fencing.

Our Services

PACKAGING

POS Pack packages items to ensure they reach their destination securely, in perfect condition and on time. We apply the best packaging materials which we keep in stock, ranging from various sizes of corrugated cartons to corrugated board, cardboard cores, SFK, bubble wrap, brown paper, newsprint, shrink-wrapping, stringing, glueing and collating.

WAREHOUSING

If required by the client, products to be transported may be stored on our premises. Our warehouses totalling 1600sq m are fully equipped for storage, packing and shelving. We have our own forklifts and shrink-wrap machines on site.

DELIVERY

Our delivery vehicles range from ½ ton bakkies to 4 ton trucks. We understand client’s needs for urgency and guarantee speedy service and delivery. Our drivers are well skilled in driving and trained to take ownership of the precious cargo they transport.

INSURANCE

All goods in transit, as well as those on the premises are fully insured.

Pos Pack does not charge our clients for the extra mile we go for them.

About Us

OWNERSHIP

POS Pack cc is a family owned Business with 5 active Members of the Closed Corporation. All Members have direct ownership and control of the Close Corporation.

The Members experience in the Advertising, storage, packing and freight industry exceeds 25 years. The hands on approach by management, backed by a stable labour force have earned POS Pack cc its reputation for excellence.

Social Responsibility
We do not have a formal social responsibility or social upliftment policy, however we do contribute financially to charities, non-profit organisations and to causes in support of disadvantaged or underprivileged communities.

Employment Equity

POS Pack has an employment equity programme whereby all employees come from a previously disadvantaged background, which has helped us to obtain a level one BEE status.

Procurement
We have formed many alliances with BEE entities for the procurement of packing materials and spend a fair percentage on purchases for operational purposes with BEE companies.

Tutuwa Community Trust
In November 2006 POS Pack cc was one of 250 (SME’S) Small and medium sized black owned business entities to be accepted into the participation rights in the Standard Bank Share Ownership Initiative.
